Isn’t it annoying when you take out your favorite knit top from your closet and you find those little bumps on the shoulders caused by the hanger? You end up running it under the flat iron to smooth it out, but it does not really completely remove the darn thing. Other times, there’s no annoying crease on the shoulder, but the sweater is losing shape and dropping low.
Apparently, we have been hanging our sweaters the wrong way all this time. You don’t hang them the usual way like you do a shirt or a jacket. You actually just fold it a certain way that will retain its natural shape and prevent those unsightly bumps on the shoulder area. Had I seen this video tutorial sooner, it could have saved me plenty of sweaters and countless hours smoothing out unnecessary shoulder creases. Many thanks to Shannon Chaps for this great video!
